The Bubble Trio Bench expands on Bert Furnari’s signature biomorphic language, presenting three cylindrical seats anchored to a fluid, undulating aluminum base. Each seat is crowned with voluminous, ironed goat fur cushions in bright white, creating a striking contrast between the polished metal structure and the soft, organic texture above. The composition reads as both playful and sculptural, balancing retro futuristic form with tactile warmth.

Each piece is handcrafted by Furnari in his Easton, Pennsylvania studio, where raw sheets of aluminum are meticulously cut, shaped, welded, and finished by hand before being powder-coated for durability and a refined surface. Known for integrating organic materials into his work, Furnari draws inspiration from patterns found in nature, creating functional objects that feel both sculptural and expressive. As with all of his creations, the Bubble Trio Bench is a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects the artist’s dedication to craftsmanship, material exploration, and distinctive contemporary design.
