Following the debut of the collection at Design Miami 2025, the exhibition marks the next evolution of the SI VIS PACEM universe with a full takeover of the gallery transformed into an imagined world of collectible design, softness, and escape.
At once playful and deeply personal, If You Want Peace explores the quiet tension between masculinity and vulnerability, discipline and fantasy, public performance and private retreat. Sculptural furnishings, functional objects, and unexpected interventions unfold throughout the space as part of a fully realized environment built around the idea of peace as a daily ritual. New works including evolved versions of the now signature lake mirrors and H benches appear alongside an expanded collection of sculptural seating, collectible objects, and surreal forms that blur the line between nostalgia, fantasy, and functional design. Grounded in Diggs’ belief that home should serve as a sanctuary from the intensity of the outside world, the exhibition reflects a desire for comfort, stillness, and emotional grounding. Through materiality, atmosphere, and scale, If You Want Peace invites visitors into a world shaped not by performance, but by presence.
“I find the greatest sense of peace in myself and in the spaces I create,” says Diggs. “With this exhibition, I wanted to explore that feeling through an environment that feels a little more wild, inviting, playful, and deeply human, while still holding a sense of sanctuary.”
