Caelum et Terram by Jon James
Jon James uses a signature method of using gravity to create straight drips of color across the canvas in his works. This process in repetition creates a precisely layered and textured surface, without the use of rulers or computer imaging.
Caelum et Terram, which translates to Sky and Earth uses a background of green and blue obstructed by white perpendicular lines that increase in frequency as they approach the center of the canvas.
